Committee Meeting!

Okay.....I think that we need to form a committee to plan this summer get together. . It will be a lot easier face to face or at least a conference call to make some decisions. I volunteer to be on the committee and I would think that Cheryl, Kathy B. and Chryssie (already volunteered) and anyone else who is interested in helping to plan should get together or coffee or something and work out the details. How does that sound? I don't mean to exclude anyone.....the more the merrier. Just seems that some decisions need to be made. LOL is that my type A personality showing through??? Or maybe just an excuse to get together. . If that is a workable idea lets figure out a time and place to meet in the next 2 weeks. I don't mind traveling. I know I will be seeing Kathy B and Chryssie on Tues at our support group meeting but we can meet elsewhere another time. Let me know........ Linda

Linda: I agree with you. If we are going to have a gathering we need to start making firm plans. We can always chat after Tuesday's meeting to make some tentitive plans and then call Cheryl to get her input. (or anyone else who is interested in the planing phase) I know what you mean about type A personalities mine always seems to get me into trouble!!! Any fun plans for the weekend? Chryssie

Linda, I'd love to be on the committee, but my SURGERY is in 2 WEEKS I can't wait!!! I originally offered to have the gathering at my house but after I got my date, I figured it wouldn't be a good idea. Neil & I will surely be there though, we had such a great time last gathering. I can't wait to see everyone again, especially since I'll be on the losing side! Let me know where, when and what to bring! Christine

Dear Christine I have been so busy with a new job, my daughter buying a house and my mother relocating that I have not been on the website in about 5 weeks. I cant believe your surgery date is soo soon. I am so happy for you. I am now at a 52 pound weight loss and feeling great. Keep me posted, I don't want to loose touch with you and Neil. Hello Linda, I will be gladly to help you to set up the party or clean up at party whatever you need any help then I will be glad to help you gals. I can not be able to go committe meeting but just email to let me kinow what you need from me My son s birthday and his birthday party is on June 5 and 6th. I hope Cheryl s party will be after this. What a weekend! My husband had to work overtime all day this weekend on SAturdayI became a taxi's mom for Jesscia s ballet at 10 to 1100 am, my son's baseball opening day started at 1200 pm, baseball picture started at 250 pm and baseball game started at 500pm. After the game is over, we celebrated my husband s birthday with my son s freind there. Then ten mintues later, my daugther screamed and her finger was slapped Kyle's bedroom door by Kyle s friend and I had to take her to Emger room and it turned out her finger is not broken. Thank god! She now can wears metal splint for a week and can not write a pencil with her school works for a week. Kyle s freind was very sorry and it was an accidently. I came home at 930 pm from Ember room ( spend there for two hours) I was so tired !!!! and went to Kathy
