Tuesday
I'm to tired today... didn't help that I didn't keep lunch down yesterday and dinner went to the pits, cause my family devoured the food and forgot to set a plate aside for me... even though I cooked, they just had to shut it all off and serve... so I was to mad to eat anything and ended up going to bed early... Today I am dragging..... B - 1 poached egg and 1/2 turkey sausage link - 9g protein, 1g carb S - 20oz of - Apple Melon Zero carb Isopure mixed with water - 20g protein, 0 carbs L - 1/2 turkey meatballs, 1/4oz of shredded cheese, 1/2 of a mini pita bread - 12g protein, 7 carbs S - Protein Pak 2 Go in 8oz water - 10g protein, 2g carbs D - Don't know.. told husband he's cooking tonight for his and the kids stunt last night! I'll also be drinking some SF drinks, water, tea, decaf coffee to keey hyrdated and will drink another 20g of protein zero carb before bed to make sure I stay over 60g per day if my dinner doesn't put me over that number. Excercise - 30min powerwalk during my lunch break at work.
