Hi everyone, Just thought I would take a moment to let you know about the group class I went to last night. This is run by Gaylord Rehab and it is for people who have trouble falling asleep and or staying asleep. There is a whole 7 week curriculum and home work ...Seems like it will be pretty interesting. I am not sure if it will change things for me but I am willing to give anything a try at this point. I also wanted to thank everyone for the responses to my roll call post!! WOW it was great (and continues to be). Good to get updates from old friends and to make some new ones. Keep up the good work folks. Well I am off to work even though I didn't well last night at all. Figures because now I have to keep a sleep diary. Linda

Linda, The insomnia group sounds like a good idea. Hopefully it will help you . If it gets boring, you can just sleep through the group ...lol I'm not sleeping well myself these days. I think it's all the excitement of surgery. (who ever thought surgery would be exciting) I'm looking forward to meeting you tonight. Maggie
