Monday Already? LOG....

Where did the weekend go?  It's monday already?  GOOD GRIEF!  Sooooo how many more days till Friday again?

B - 3oz of cream of wheat - 2g protein, 11g carbs

S - 10oz of Zero Carb Isopure Green Apple (premixed) with 10oz water  - 20g protein, 0 carbs L - 1oz of canned salmon and 1.5oz of mashed cauliflower - 6g protein, 3g carb S - 10oz of Zero Carb Isopure Green Apple (premixed) with 10oz water  - 20g protein, 0 carbs   D - 1oz of chicken and 1oz of green beans -  7g protein, 1g carb I'll have water, decaf coffee, tea and such to keep my hydrated.    Still struggling to remember to take all my vitamins! Excercise:  Going to the gym tonight and going to do my best to be at it for an hour, no less than 30min though! Hoping to get on treadmill and possible bike.   I still am having pain on my left side where I felt a tear a few weeks back. I'm waiting till my next appointment to have it checked out.  I have an appointment with Dr. Barba's office on Dec. 26 however my PCP is seeing me before that so might have him check it out. This has been limiting my excercise as it seems to flare up when I excercise, lift something heavy and noticed when my 2 year old smacks me there looking for my attention or I injury that side in anyway it hurts, feels tender.

This totally stinks...  my food log went to crap at lunch time (1230pm)... my stomach was fine with those foods yesterday however today it decided it didn't like them. I took about 3 bites of my food and shortly thereafter was running for the bathroom vomiting my brains out... grrr.... it gets to be fustrating when that happens! Needless to say I didn't finish lunch, stomach was in turmoil.  At about 230pm, I managed to get down some of the protein drink in me...   and just had break (320pm) where I tried to eat a bag of Brothers-All-Natural Crisps, Fiji Apple.  Its only .35oz of freeze dried fruit.  So far that is settling fine!   I hate it that my stomach still does that...  just when I think I've found the foods that are perfect and I know I won't get sick off of... I get sick! I hate meal times!  Seriously don't look forward to when its time to eat again!  I rather live off of protein drinks, decaf coffee, diet hot chocolate, SF drinks and such.. its so much easier to deal with then food is!

 

Of course now I'm worried i'll be sick for dinner and not sure what I'm going to if stick to what i had planned, skip dinner or what...

Sorry to hear about theing. Don't despair, this kind of thing can happen and may happen again. If you are feeling better try and eat something, it is best not to skip your meals. Our pouch can be very picky on what it accepts in it, in time things should improve. Be sure that you are chewing everything to a pulp and not drinking with your meals, and try to remember those vitamins, they are very important. Hang in there Sher
