Going back and forth between excited and nervous. I have all of my appointments made now. First one is saturday and Dr. Valins office is 5/21. Makes me realize the this could happen as soon as June. I've told just a few people so far, need to be learn more through the appointments before I say alot. But I have the support of the people that mean the most to me. I'm fortunate to not have other health problems although I know my PCP is going to put me on meds for high blood pressure tomorrow. When I went to her to write my letter, she decided I was over due for a physical. But I'm glad to know about this now, and that there should be no other health surprises. I still need some time to take all of this in, but I am ready to do this for myself.
