Sat Log...
Yup, just cause its the weekend doesn't mean I'm gonna stop keeping log, I must be vigilant to keep the weight loss going, to keep my protein intake up, carb intake down and become a healthier me!
I mentioned earlier but I must say again how proud I am, the scale has begun to move again.... I stalled for almost 3 weeks and now its moving... :-) and go figure it move right around thanksgiving! WOO HOO!
B - 2oz cream of wheat made with water, little salt and teaspoon of butter. - 1g protein, 7carbs
S - 8oz Skim milk - 8.5g protein - 12g carbs
L - 2.5oz lean turkey burger - 14g protein, 0 carbs
S - Zero Carb Isopure - 20g protein, 0 carbs
D - I'm not sure. I'm making pork chops for the family, but last time I tried pork (roasted pork) I got violently sick (vomiting horribly so I am scared to try it)
Evening - I don't know what I am having for dinner, if its not enough protein I'll drink the other half of the Zero Carb Isopure drink to finish off the protein I need for the day!
I'll have water, SF drinks, tea, SF cider to keep my hydrated!
Excercise - Shopping (I swear I get a darn work out at the grocery store). I'll also do a 30min powerwalk today since I have to keep up with my commitment to my fellow OH on here that I would do min 2 - 20min excercise this week. I've managed to fit in 1 30min work out and today I'll fit in the second one :)

Had two turkey days, Thurs. and Sat. - My family/His family. Did better yesterday than Thurs. So today I'm back on track.
B-3 strips turkey bacon (Ha-Ha, more turkey) 6g protein
S-Chai Tea Latte - 10g protein
L-Tuna Fish with lite mayo in lettuce wraps - 21g protein
S-Apple and fruit and nut trail mix - 6g protein
D-Chicken and BBQ sauce, broccoli - 21g protein
Drinking water and decaf tea (straight up).
Exercise - not much but I was running around with the grandkids this morning. Will be spending most of the day at the computer doing assignments for school.
