Friday Log
So it's the day after Thanksgiving and I must make sure I stay on top of myself. Although I did eat a little more carbs than I'm suppose to yesterday, I stay well within my limits and had so much fun! I hope everyone else did. Today is another day and I must get right back on track so here's today's food log....
B - Nectar Whey Roadside Lemonade protein w/ 6oz of Diet Lemon Nestea. - 25g protein, 0carbs
S - Nothing, still will be trying to get the protein drink down. L - 1oz of turkey, 1/2oz of green peruvian spaghetti, 1/2 oz of mashed yams - 9g protein, 8 carb (this is a rough estimate as I am not totally familiar with all the ingredients of the spaghetti) S - Isopure Zero Carb protein powder w/ 8oz Diet Hot Chocolate - 22g protein, 4g carbs D - Probably same lunch - 9g protein, 8 carbs I'll be drinking water, SF cider, teas and such for today. Excercise - Umm.. yeah that was the 15min powerwalk this morning in the freezing cold from garage to work that was uphill... I have no intent on doing anything more than that today.. Kicking feet up and enjoying not having to cook today or do much of anything. LOL
