Hi Pamela, Being a pre-op myself, I don't have any advice for you. I just wanted to say congratulations on the weight loss! Good job! I am sure one more week will make a difference, you will feel better next week! Good luck. Anne Pre-op

Hi Pam! Great weight loss! Keep up the good work! Anyways - about returning to work and such. My suggestion is for the next two weeks to increase your activity a little each day. Get up when you normally would for work and do your normal morning routine. Then instead of driving to work - get out and walk! I too get tired still after a long day of being out and about. However, I am committed to this new life so I'm trying every day to get out and move more than I did yesterday. That's the best way to prepare for the long days of work. Good luck!!! Hugs, Carla
