YIKES! Time seems to be flying by now! Tomorrow is thanksgiving day... I do not like that I have to work on friday, half a day, what about everyone else?
B - 20flz of Protein drink (half Zero carb Isopure alpine punch/half water) - 20g protein, 0 carbs
S - 1oz of scallion hummus with 5 wheat thins - 1g protein, 5g carbs L - 2oz of Charbroiled beef patties - 6protein, 4g carbs S - 1oz cheese - 5.5g protein, 2g carbs D - 2oz of turkey burger with shredded cheese. - 12g protein, 1.5g carbs Besides the protein drink I'll also ge****er, tea and/or SF spiced Cider and to make up the missing protein I have one sample bottle of protein X or whatever it is called to drink, that's another 15g of protein in a shot. Excercise - Yeah, umm.. unless cleaning house, another 5-6 loads of laundry, and preparing for tomorrow counts then no formal excercise today!
