Tuesday's log.....
Is it Friday yet? I've been at work now 2 hours and feel like i've done nothing so far... *sigh*
B - 1 poached egg - 6g protein, 0carb
S - Isopure protein w/water - 20g protein, 0 carbs
L - 1.5oz of chicken breast in a little broth - 13g protein, 0g carb
S - Isopure protein with water -20g protein, 0 carbs
D - 1.5oz Salisbury steak - 9g protein, 5.5g carb
Eve - 8oz non fat milk - 8g protein, 12g carb
Besides the milk and protein drinks I'll also have some water, decaf coffee and tea to keep me hydrated.
Excercise - 30min powerwalk ... I can't make it to the gym tonight. I have 2weeks worth of laundry to do for a family of 5 so you can imagine I'll get a work out going up and down the stairs at home to get our clothes washed.. plus going to start prepping for Thanksgiving...
How is everyone else doing?
had to edit... decided cold foods for lunch not gonna work for me today.. I'm sooo freaking cold right now its not even funny!
I'm with you....I work in a school and things are crazy here. Kids are looking forward to the Thanksgiving break.
B - Protein shake - 8 oz skim milk, carnation instant breakfast and scoop of Unjury
L - 1 oz. cheese and 1 oz beef jerky
S - 3 apple slices and 1 tbs. peanut butter
D - Tomato and Mozzarella salad with light dressing
Don't think I will get exercise in today....going to the mall with my daughter who is home from college for Thanksgiving Break.
