I'm not that far out however I sooo do miss the posts from Julio and Reenie that use to give me a good idea of what i should eat or expect after WLS... now that I have had surgery.  I find myself trying to plan ahead so I don't sink into bad eating habits.  This also gives me a way to keep myself in check... AND I would love any suggestions on substituting something if anyone thinks a food isn't to good an idea to be eating... :) Breakfast - 1.5 lite turkey breakfast links (just about 1.5oz) S -  16oz decaf coffee Lunch - 1oz of turkey burger with cheese a little shredded cheese over it. S -  Protein Powder with skim milk.

Dinner - 1oz of chopped chicken thigh.  I'm making rice with chicken. I'll take the meat out and remove any rice, all bones and skin. For liquids I have a 2 - 20oz bottle of water with me, and a 16oz decaf coffee w/splenda, I'll probably also drink some SF hot cider and tea threw the day. Excercise - min of 30min of aerobics Hope everyone has a great day!  Only 3 more days till Thanksgiving or if you're like me, 3 more days till a day off with pay from work

It looks like you made great choices,  was wondering how much total protien you were getting though, you should be getting a minimum of 60 grams a day. Since you are not too far out you  might need to add a protien drink to get  that amount in. Your totals for protien are about 20 grams not counting your protien powder and skim milk ( I don't know how many grams of protien is in your powder or how much skim milk you had). I hope you are taking your  all  your supplements too. Wishing you continued success on your wls journey. Sher Sher

I'm currenlty drinking Isopure zero carb protein...  I don't like it but DH won't let me order Unjury until I finish that one up...  Isopure has 25g for the protein powder, I do also have some bottles of the premixed which are 20g protein, those I'm having today... yesterday I had the powder. I had 8oz skim milk and 1 scoop of the isopure from my protein drink (so about 33g protein I think.. more or less)...

I work in a high school and things are hopping here.  Kids are looking forward to the Thanksgiving weekend. B - Protein shake - 8 oz. skim milk, carnation instant breakfast and 1 scoop unjury

L - 1 oz cheese and 1 oz beef jerky

S - 3 slices of apple with tbs. peanut butter D - Tomato and Mozarella salad with ight dressing Porbably won't get to walk today except around the mall with my daughter who is home from college.
