Nutritionists/Dietitians

I'm trying to find a nutritionist/dietitian who has experience with us bariatric patients. The nutritionist my dr. uses is down in lower Manhattan, so it's not so easy for me to get there. I'll go as far as Westchester County to the west & New Haven to the east. I haven't been losing well at all for the last month & a half or so, and I think I need to see someone to help refocus & perhaps help me with my protein, etc. I'm probably eating too many carbs, though I try not to. Hi Kathy, I am pre-op, but I am seeing a nutritionist whose office is actually in my surgeon's office, in Danbury Hospital. Her name is Mary Lou Viola, her business card says R.D., CDE, Bariatric Dietitian. The phone number is 203-797-7131, and her email is [email protected]. Dear Kathy, My Dr. (floch) has his patients use the nutritionists at Health Extenders in Norwalk. As I was looking for the phone # for you, I noticed that they also have an office at 2600 Post Rd in Southport. The number for the Southport Office is 2591555.
