Hey Everyone, I am getting ready to head out to New Orleans tomorrow for the big games but I thought that I would share an unexpect "Ah Hah" moment with you all. Here I am anxious about getting on the plane and seeing if the seat tray really will go down comfortably.(And you know if it does it will stay down the entire trip ). Anways I stopped to visit Mary Lou (at her sister's house) after water aerobics last night. We were have a nice chat and watching the Apprentice etc. All of a sudden in the middle of a sentence I had to stop. There I was with my legs crossed! . I dont ever remember being able to do that. I just stopped dead and looked and looked and then explained to Mary Lou and her sister what happened. Mary Lou laughed. It was such a weird thing and I guess another goal to cross off my list. Mary Lou is doing better. She is still having some pain but can't see the liver doctor until the end of April (very long story), however she is getting around much better and is progressing from a walker to a cane. She looks great. I need to get over there again and take her picture so she can really get an idea of how much weight she has actually lost. I hope the other pics I took get posted soon. They really came out well. So everyone take care and have a great weekend. I will be back on Wednesday and hopefully will be able to say that both the UCONN Women and Men are National Champions. Wouldn't that be a hoot???? Go Huskies!!! Linda

Doesn't it feel great to cross your legs again? I was such a happy camper when I was able to do it without hoisting my leg up with my arm & seeing how close to crossed legs I could come -- I gave up on that the last couple of years before surgery. Have a great time in New Orleans -- we know you'll be cheering your heart out for our kids!!

What a BEAUTIFUL picture!! The rest should be coming out today or tomorrow also! I also remember the first time I could cross my legs AND starting to cry in the middle of Marshalls over buying my first XL shirt! All these moments! I am so happy for you and SO SO SO jeaulous you'll be in New Orleans without me! I'll be looking for you on TV though! Have a wonderful time, we all want details when you get back! love Cheryl GO HUSKIES!
