Update
Hey Folks,
Just checking in. The Women's game last night was awesome . I am so glad I had the opportunity to go as I hear they didn't broadcast too much of the game on ESPN. Little mention today either of Diana winning the Naismith Award. Hmmmmm......typical .
Anyway did I mention that Mary Lou is home??? Yep she is actually at her sisters and doing well (at least she was on Saturday when we spoke). She is not hooked up to her puter yet but can't wait to get back here with all of us.
I am trying my best to hit my goal of 75 pounds gone by the time I go to New Orleans on the 3rd. Don't know if I will make it but anything is possible. I dragged my butt out of bed this morning to get to the gym even though I got home late last night. I am a woman on a mission lol: I am still struggling with sleep issues and my cpap machine. I have to bring it in tomorrow to make sure it is calibrated correctly. So while I have enjoyed feeling so much better there are still things that I wish would change. Sleep is the biggest and I guess stopping all of my diabetes meds would be next. I still take 2 glyberide each evening. I know officially have bat wings instead of just fat arms!!! I guess there are some downsides to exercising and toning up. . Well I need to tape the OC for one of my nieces, finish up some laundry and hopefully get some sleep . Have a great one and dont forget !!!!!
GO HUSKIES

LINDA,
I for one, think you look absolutely awesome! But I fully understand wanting to get off those diabetes meds and the CPAP. Don't be too anxious though, a friend of mine is still using his after 10 months out. He just sleeps better and feels better in the morning after using it. Sometimes a little sacrifice goes a long way. But I am willing to bet those diabetes meds get thrown out the window before too long!!
I so wish the HUSKIES were on tonight! I can't believe both games are on tomorrow! You know what we'll be doing in our house switching between 2 channels for sure!
hugs hun
