Update on Carla

Hi Everyone! First of all I want to tell you about Dear Carla! She was moved to a regular room last night and out of I.C.U. . I spoke with her today and she sounded really good, they have her on stage 2 for eating and so far so good, and her fever had gone away. They might let her home tomorrow already. I am planning on making a trip to see her tomorrow so I will update everyone. Thanks for all of your support and prayers for her. I know she appreciates it so much! Second of all I am so sad that I did'nt get to go to the get together today. Everyone was sick but me, and my new baby wanted his mommy only and I did'nt think it would be good to bring a fussy sick baby to the get -together, but thank you Kathy B. for saying to bring him, I would have if he was'nt so sick. It is the new joys of being a mama! I hope and Carla hopes to see and meet alot of all you great people at the next one of these! I am glad all went well from what I could tell on the boards! Thanks so much for the update. We were all wondering how Carla was doing, and I'm so glad to hear that she is out of ICU. We missed you both today - but we'll catch up with you later! God Bless, Kathy

MaryJo, I just want to echo Kathy's thanks for keeping us updated on Carla. I am sure she is in good hands and will be walking around soon. I missed meeting you yesterday and hope this summer both you and Carla can come to our next gathering. Take care and please give a CT "group hug" to Carla!! Cheryl
