Two Month post Op update

Well 58 days since surgery and the work is paying off. As of today 3/17; 60lbs lost. I started at 366 Today I weighed in at 306 It has been such an up and down month emotionally. This past month was not easy. I have had to go through some dark days, but I think that my ability to deal with them without my favorite crutch has given me a heightened sense of strength and confidence, lets hope it holds. I do feel like the clouds are starting to part. I am determined to stay focused on the big picture here. I do see and feel the effects of the weight loss but there is more road to be traveled. Dr. Crum's office continues to be so great and such a huge help in all of the little issues that pop up along the way. WOW!!! Where will I be in June? It freaks me out a little but man I can't wait. So until next time...

Stephen, It sounds like you are doing great! Congrats! I am coming up on 4 months post-op, and still find there are days when the demons still visit, but most days I feel better than I have in a very long time. I to have a June date, to really asses where I want to go and things I still want to do. Best of luck to you!! Cathy
