STUPID FREAKIN INSURANCE COMPANY

So I called Dr. A's office to check on my paperwork and stuff. They told me I was still pending and to call the insurance  company. I did and got attitude from the woman that I talked to because they just got it on the 25th. Then she told me the place that it needed to be sent to didn't even have it. I was like and you gave me attitude? I will be calling everyday until I find something out.

Hey...    i was just wondering wut type of insurance you have..i know that i had a very bad experience with my insurance company...i have Cigna and let me tell you, they are the worst!!! i just had lapband surgery this monday (11/12)...insurance recieved my paperwork in July and they didnt approve it until september 26th!!! i got denied 4 times and went through a lot of aggravation and yelling with the people at the company...and the reasons for denial were absolutely rediculous! but hang in there, i also called every single day to check on the satus... but trust me, insurance companies stink and they will try everything to stop you...just keep up and dont give up, cuz that's wut they want you to do so they dont have to pay for it..
