After one Month (2/19) I have lost 30 lbs. As of 2/27 I have lost a grand total of 40 lbs. (I am not ready to talk about what my weight is yet) I have started getting some serious positive feedback but currently I am in the middle of a "Blue" period so it has been hard to focus on all of the good things that are really starting to happen. I am hearing this is to be expected and I am hoping it fades soon. I am following Dr. Crum's directions 100%. I am attending the support groups. I personally have found they are a great way to stay focused on the big picture. I have a great relationship with my mentor. She has really been such a huge help in getting through these tough times. Thanks Mentor!!!! You know who you are! Food wise I am moving cautiously into the realm of solid food. Fish has been the easiest so far and I could eat it every day if I had to. I still rely on the protein shakes to get me in the 90 - 100 Grams of protein level. I am keeping my Carbs to less than 20 grams. I have started up walking again in celebration of the end of winter (hopefully). A 2.5 mile walk in the woods two days ago and a nice short 1.5 mile-or-so walk in the neighborhood last night. So that's all for now, Until next time... ************

Hi Stephen, Keep up the good work! It sound slike you're right on track, and yes, the blue moods are par for the course. Its temporary, but the weight loss isnt! -Deb PS - You NEVER have to mention your weight if you are not comfortable with it...its the law.
