Good morning from Plainville, Ct.
Today is going to be beautiful. Looking forward to taking the dogs outside. Any locals want to go for a walk at Norton Park? I'll be going to back to work on Monday, I've lost 30 pounds in 4 weeks, and my staples are finally out! Life couldn't be better. 
My coworkers were very relieved to see that I'm doing okay since the surgery and they all noticed my weight loss! Everyone is rooting for me, I've never felt such support from my friends and family.
I used to think they didn't care, but maybe I was hiding in my overweight body, allowing more food in and keeping family and friends out. So if I can't eat that much anymore, I have to do something... I think I'll enjoy those around me who were always there but I didn't want to acknowledge because I was ashamed of myself.
