a little sharing

I had to share this to see if anyone else has experienced it. At work, EVERYONE has noticed I've lost weight in the past 10 months. I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far. I really have changed in my looks for quite some time now. This past Friday, I am sitting in my office and one of the docs comes in and says (wait for it) "Cheryl, have you lost weight??" I had to laugh, where the heck has this guy been for the past 10 months?? It was so comical. I bet he's the type, his wife could dye her hair green and he wouldn't notice!! My laugh for the week! hugz everyone....... Cheryl

Cheryl, Don't you just love how oblivious some people are to the world around them! . If you had lost 10-15 pounds maybe we could understand but you lost a whole person . I hope you got a really good laugh out of that one. You know I have been meaning to ask you........if you should hear of anyone who has tickets to the Women's Final Four in New Orleans could you give me a shout. I just thought that working at the hospital and all that maybe there are some tickets floating around. We tried the lottery but didn't get picked. We are going with or without tickets and will try to buy them there but ........if we can find some before we go that would be great. There are 4 of us going. Thanks. Just trying all leads.... Linda

Linda, I will keep my ears open. A lot of times, Docs will go around giving tickets away but usually they are awful seats. They came today with tickets for tonights game which I am glad I didn't spend the money on. I would love seeing Shea Ralph, and always watch even when they are killing the other team, just cause I am a loyal fan, but on night like this, I am happy to have a front row seat on my own sofa!! Hi Cheryl, Yup, same thing happened to me! The other day I had a male coworker approach me and as me if I lost any weight. I told him no, that I cut my hair!! Honestly, I did, I had 9 inches cut off, and he didnt notice that! There is a reason he's single... The printing company I work for has a huge rumor-mill and when I left for surgery I only told 4 people, my Boss, HR and 2 very close friends. I figured everyone would know as soon as I got back, but the other day a woman approached me and asked me if I was doing Atkin's because she noticed I lost a few pounds. A few pounds, eh?? People...

Hi, today my daughter and granddaughter were in Sears and the clerk complemented me thinking my grandaughter (age 19 months) was my daughter and that my daughter was my sister. I have lost 24 pounds in 3 weeks, it is beginning to show especially in my face. I missed everybody, glad to see you are still out there.

Priceless! You should have said "Why, No. It must be this new haircut!" Just to see the look on his face.
