Wish me luck

I am off to take a shower then off to see Liz for what I am hoping is my LAST appointment with her. I am hoping to get passed off today. I have a 3 week food log plus I have meal plans for the rest of the week too to show that I am doing meal plans. The only thing that worries me is I haven't worked out due to anemia, then a twisted knee, then my stupid cpap mask is leaking and I am sooooo tired. I have ordered a new one but it's not here yet. Oh well, here is to good news when I get home.
