what did you eat yesterday?

This post is related to one that I wrote earlier. I am still questioning total daily calories and would like to know specifically how you are getting them. This would be a tremendous help to me and a few others. I had mentioned that I was probably only getting 400-550 a day. This was my day yesterday.
Breakfast- 1 Egg Beater scrambled
Post Breakfast- 8 oz Carnation Instant Breakfast with 2 scoops Beneprotein= 20grams of protein
16 oz of water
Lunch- 2 oz of tuna with 1tsp fat free mayo, 3 baby dills, 2 toasted crackers
16 oz Fruit 2 o
8 oz herbal tea, 16 oz water
Dinner- 1/2 cup turkey chili with 2 inch wedge of corn bread (only ate 1/2)
16 oz water
8 oz herbal tea
Well that's how yesterday looked. It would be really beneficial to see other people's day. It will help me to know where and what types of things to consider adding.

I haven't kept good records of what I've eaten. I think some days I'm really low and others I'm closer to 1000 calories. My meals yesterday were the following:
Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal
Lunch: Navy Bean Soup, 1/2 hard-boiled egg, about 1 oz. of beef, a few mushroom slices with a tiny bit of balsamic vinagrette dressing
Snack: 4 small wheat crackers
Dinner: About 3 oz. chicken, some grapes
Late snack: Slice of 12-grain bread with a little bit of peanut butter & sugar-free jelly
I haven't really talked to a nutritionist since December -- I need to go & figure out what's best as well.

I'm also a little further out than you so I don't know how helpful this will be to you... but I'll post it anyway.
8:00 am : 2 oz cottage cheese w/splenda and cinnamon
9:30 am : 20 ounces decaf coffee
12:00 pm : 3 ounces turkey chili
1:30 pm : 20 ounces decaf iced tea sweetened w/Splenda
3:30 pm : half of a protein bar
6:30 pm : about 4 ounces of Salad with: lettuce, shredded cheese, sunflower seeds, crab meat, cottage cheese, bacon bits, and approx 1 tsp of blue cheese dressing
8:00 pm : protein shake (25 grams protein)
8:30 pm : 20 ounces water
10:00 pm : cup of hot chamomile tea
Okay Carolyn here goes. I think I am eating way too much but I usually run between 650-900 calories per day. Here is today's menu:
Pre Gym (6am) 1/2 cup Cherrio's with 1/2 cup 1% milk
Post Gym- 3oz deli select smoked ham
Lunch- 3oz boiled chicken with 1Tbsp Hellman's 2 Good, 1/4 chopped onions and garlic salt, 2 slices of dill pickle and 1/2 bag Sour Cream and Onion Atkins Crunchers
Dinner- 1 roast pork egg foo young patty and 2 small chinese bbq spare ribs.
I had my 64oz of water and crystal lite iced tea in by 5:00 and will probably finish another 28 oz or so before bed. I have been munching on some pumpkin seeds and hope that will be it for food today. Now that was all under 700 calories even though it seems like a lot of food to me. I just don't get full easily.
