I've broken the 200's!!!!!
I just had to share! I've broken the 200's and am sliding down the 190's. I haven't been this light since after my second child was born! At least 15 years! I feel great and am trying hard to stay with the food I should! Have to keep up the exercise, which I am enjoying for the first time! Exercise of all things!
Cheryl, I really don't know what's going on, I've found that the more I loose, the more I want to keep moving! Plus I've dropped from a size 22 to aloose 16. The results alone are keeping me going!!! Plus I've found that b-vitamins and exercise help keep my mood swings down, something about the chemicals that get released with the exercise. Today, I will walk 35 minutes on the tread mill ( 1 3/4 miles) and then to a personal trainer to help with those funky places that are really loose! Hopefully I will not need plastic surgery! I am just determined to get this fat suit down, if not off! thanks for the Support!!! Hang in there. You look great in your picture! Cathy
