Clothes Shopping

Well, I broke down and went clothes shopping today. All my stuff is bagging out all over - so I figured I'd check out some of the really, really cheap sales. Went to Wally-Mart first -- they didn't have anything worth investing in at all. So I went to Fashion Bug. I bought 2 pair of slacks, 2 long-sleeve shirts and 2 short-sleeve shirts all for less than $50 -- not too bad! Here's the best part though - I fit in a pair of size 18 slacks! The long-sleeve shirts were 18/20 -- and the 2 short-sleeve shirts I bought in a 14/16! I tried them on -- thinking they wouldn't even make it over my head -- but they actually fit! The 14/16's are a little tight, and I won't wear them now -- but the fact that I could even put them on was incredible to me! Guess there really was a reason my stretched-out 24's were bagging out all over! Just had to share with the friends that I knew would understand. God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau Lap RNY 12/3/03 -52 lbs.

Wow, Kathy, here I thought I'd be able to give you a bunch of clothes at our get together in March and you are going to be too small!!! That is awesome! Isn't it just an incredible feeling???
