to tell or not to tell

I thank you all for all the response I have gotten so far -----as of right now my decision is my immediate family ,and my friends they will know because they will be my support ,,my co-workers in the other hand will not ,in  my department workers will talk and be nice to fellow co-worker and behind their back they're talking about them. I know some of my co-workers  will figure it out among their self cause the type of work we do and If they come to me and ask ,,, I might decided to be open about it ,,,,,,,but for now  I just hope that when I tell my supervisiors it stays with them .
