6 days to go - Jan. 20th with Dr. Macatol in Waterbury

Hi everyone, I went to my family physician today. I've gained 2 more pounds this month. I have gained 48 pounds since going thru menopause. I am so glad that in 6 days I can get off this overweight train to misery. I honestly believe obesity is a genetic defect, a disease that is killing me, suffocating my spirit. The thought that I might weigh less than 200 by June is amazing! I haven't weighed 200 in 10 years! I'm going to get my picture on the internet before I go for surgery cause its hard to relate to me if you can't see me. Thank you to those who have responded to my previous posting and success and happiness to all who embark on this journey.
