Hey Everyone! Well unfortunately I don't have good news today. Mary Lou's sister called me and Mary Lou is back in intensive care. Her urine output stopped again and they wound up doing emergency surgery and still weren't able to find any leaks or anything. Her blood pressure was dropping very low so they stopped and didn't close her up yet. Evidently they do some kind of packing and they will try again on Monday probably. Meanwhile they have her very sedated and almost paralyized so she won't move. Dr. Bell is due back today (Sunday) and I am sure will be up there asap. He has been checking in regularly. I can't believe all this is happening to her. Again please please please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. I will let you know when I hear anything else. Linda

Linda, Thanks for keeping us posted on Mary Lou's condition. You must be feeling worse than the rest of us,as i see how close you have gotten to her.You are a good friend to her.I am praying for her,no doubt about it.As a pre op and understanding there can be compilcations,my heart sinks everytime I read bad news. This doesnt seem to be related to the bypass surgery from the sounds of things. Then again I am speaking as an outsider.I am scared for her, especially since it is hard to fix something when you don't know whats broken. She is in my thoughts.Dr.Bell is probably beside himself on this one. Linda, I think what they are trying to do with Mary lou is get her body to function on it's own and it just isn't cooperating. I think by almost keeping her in this coma type state is that kind of attempt to just let the body jump start itself. I hope it works with her. I was glad to see your Dr. Bell will be back tomorrow, I am sure she will be his top priority. What an angel you are!! Thanks and hugs for you! Cheryl

Hi Linda, Thanks for keeping us updated. I am continuing to keep Mary Lou in my prayers -- it can be so discouraging, I am sure, but I will continue to pray that the Lord completely heal her. It seems like they don't know what the problem is, so I'll also pray that Dr. Bell figures it out and gets her all fixed up in no time. Thanks again for keeping us posted. God Bless, Kathy

Geez, can our poor Mary Lou just catch a break!? I feel so bad for her. This is such a horrible thing to have to go through. It looked like she was on the rebound, now this. I know that we will all pray for her to quickly overcome this setback and get herself on the road to recovery. Please give her my sincere best wishes and tell her we've got her in our prayers.
