GO HUSKIES!!

Sorry, know this is off topic but the game is on at noon!! I am so ready, because with this cold I am NOT leaving the house! Even my poor dog's water bowl keeps freezing! I am interested to know what people are doing for exercise. At this point, I look at myself and see a lost cause for "toning" but I would really love to try doing something like play volleyball as crazy as that sounds. I really lack motivation. I always did, this is why most of my diet attempts failed before. Hope everyone is staying warm!!! See all my Dr. Giles buds on Monday! love Cheryl

Hey Cheryl! Well I didn't get to watch the whole game as I had to go get beautified and then grocery shop.... It was wayyyyy tooooo cold though. I wound up going to the Mohegan Sun last night with my sister and a friend even in that frigid weather. I am watching the men right now decimate Oklahoma I think Volleyball would be great! Why not give it a shot. I am having a good time with this gym thing and I do love the water so doing Water Aerobics is alot of fun. I do have a goal for the spring though. I am bound and determined to do a 1500meter unified walk at Special Olympics this year. Something you might check out. There are alot of unified sports (means that half of the team is special athletes and half volunteers). It would be fun and give you lots of exercise to boot. Just a suggestion. My favorite sport is Black Jack and I exercised there last night..... unfortunately probably didn't burn too many calories but luckily didn't lose. Broke Even. Well have a great one........... Linda

Must have been grocery shopping day!!! After church I went and it was nuts!!! I really don't like going grocery shopping, I have a hard time figuring what to make for a week. My stomach still hasn't been feeling that great so I eat what I feel like I can. It WAS a great game today!!! I usually don't care for Talik Brown but that no look pass was just poetry in motion!! I am going to try volleyball, my daughter's boyfriend is going to be my mentor! He was captain of his team in High school!! Linda, I love black jack too!! Maybe we should all meet at Mohegan!!!
