Happy holidays and Hello from me
Hello dear Amos friends and a Very Merry Christmas to everyone!!
I been extremely busy lately, first I had to get a new back door installed (in which was a cold experience), door frame and all...........while that took place my refrigerator broke down and I had to get a new one (sometimes I'm happy we rent and not owe).......my hold house was upside down and needless to say my kitchen was a mess. As all that took place my computer crashed down on me as well and I had to do a total system recovery and it took days of work to get things back in order.
While all this been going on I been reading the board now and then and I'm sorry that you had to have complications Mary Lou, my prayers goes out to you, hang in there sweety!!
Congratulation to those of you that just had the surgery, may you be blessed with a uncomplicated recovery.
To those of you that is just plain doing good, all I have to say is: You go girls/boy, you made it happen.....Enjoy the ride!!!
Finally to some good news about me: I reached 70 pounds today.......70 whopping pounds had left this body of mine.......unbelievable almost to me. I'm so happy for that and I went out and bought my self a new pair of pants WITH ZIPPER in front, no elastic waist band and it was a size 18 (little strechty but still)...........the pants is black, still have to cover up some whoppels but I would never have thought I would be able to fit in a pair of pants only two and a half month after surgery.
Merry, Merry Christmas everyone from Tove with hugs
PS. I loved your post Lisa
Hi Tove,
Congratulations on your wonderful weight loss, what a great job you are doing.
Sorry you had such a crazy time lately but I guess that's part of life. I bet that super weight loss made it eassier to deal with things though.
Thank you so much for your prayers and well wishes they really do help. I'm sure I will get past this hurdle and on to brighter days.
Hope you had a happy holiday and best wishes for a healthy New Year.
Mary Lou
