I've got my date! Will I make it???

Hi Everyone! I got my tentative date for surgery - March 10, 2004!! I am so excited!! I purposely asked Dr Reinhold to make it in March since I am currently undergoing IV treatments for this CIDP condition (they wrap up in February). Now for those that have been following my story - the treatments appear to be working!!! I finished round 1 on Sunday and I have feeling in my hands and a little more strength in my legs. Keep your fingers crossed everyone!! I need this to clear up before the neurologist releases me for surgery! On another note - I saw Linda W's post about joining LA Fitness. Linda - if my condition clears up maybe we can become workout buddies?? I would love to try this new club it sounds great! Hey Carla, I would love to have a work out buddy! . I don't know yet exactly when I will be hitting the gym (time of the day). I may have to do early mornings but time will tell..... Hey Carla! I am glad to see that those treatments seem to be working! I will keep my fingers crossed for you girl!!! Where is that new LA gym going to be? It sounds good, with a pool and everything! We can all go together...LOL That would be cool! Anyway, I have some news for you. Tom and I decided this past weekend that I should go first! So guess what, my surgery date is January 21st! , I called the dr.'s today and they said it was a go!!!! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take care and Good luck with your treatments! HuGs MaryJo

OMG MaryJo - How exciting for you!!! You will be our leader! I am thrilled for you. That LA Fitness is in the plaza with Burlington Coat Factory/Staples/Walgreens on the corner of the Post road and Bull Hill Lane. I am hoping I stabilize enough to try it out. You should definitely come! Hugs, Carla
