Okay, okay......I know I feel great and I have had no complications at all (knock on wood) but I was hoping to stay out of work a bit longer..... I am having a great time being home and running around like a maniac!! . Guess I will just have to bite the bullet and head on back on Monday. :sigh: Things have been going great and I suppose going back to work and getting into a routine will not be a bad thing. Now I just have to figure out where I am going to schedule my time at the gym. I am joining LA Fitness which is openning round here in the next couple of weeks. I am excited as they also have a pool. However I really need to get into the routine of going regularly. I may just have to become an early bird and go in the mornings before work. Yuck!!! Getting up at 5am is not my idea of a good time but........there are always all kinds of excuses after work not to go. I realize I am rambling here but have lots to say I guess. . I am still playing around with my eating a bit but for the most part have had no problems. There was just this once that I overate and while I didn't get sick......boy was I uncomfortable. Won't be doing that again anytime soon. Have been able to tolerate everything I have tried so far and manage to get in at least 64 oz of fluid a day and about 60 grams of protein. (thats with one protein drink a day). Hope you are all doing great and have a super weekend

BOO HOO !!!!! I'm sooooo sorry. But you are doing great and I'm so proud of you. I knew you would be one of Dr. Bell's bestest patients. You have studied well and have a wonderful outlook so I know you are going to be a great success. Well rest up this weekend and don't overdue it next week. I'll be checking in on you soon. and hugs, Mary Lou

Linda, I know exactly what you mean. I could have gotten really accustomed to being a "home-body"... I didn't get board at all. I could find so many things around the house that I wanted to do and liked to do. I wasn't ready to go back to work at all. But you seem to be doing excellent. I hope that you enjoy the gym and find a good time to go. Let us know how you are doing with that. I'm still struggling with making myself take the time to go to the gym on a regular basis. Continued success to you...

Oh, I agree - being home is much nicer than going to work. But I bet you'll feel great after you get back in your routine - and all your co-workers see how skinny you have gotten! You've done wonderful so far, and I'm sure you will continue down that path -- enjoy every new experience you encounter - it is SO worth it! God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau
