all, It's been a while since I've been on here. I'm loving the new digs. I thought I'd give everyone a quick update on my pregnancy. I'm now 37.6 weeks pregnant w/a due date of 12/27. My pregnancy has been wonderful. I've gained approx. 25lbs and my blood work is great. Although, my other two pregnancys (at over 300lbs) were uneventful and uncomplicated, I never enjoyed the experience of looking like a "real" pregnant woman and getting maternity clothes. It was always baggy shirts and stretch pants for the duration. This time I was able to purchase some fashionable outfits and look wonderful. I have a beautiful pregnant silhouette and have loved every minute (okay almost every minute) of this pregnancy. Gastric bypass not only gave me a gift of life, but it has given me the gift of so many experiences which I would have missed out, had I not made the decision to have it over 2 years ago. I promise to keep you update as to when the baby arrives. Peace and love to all on this journey. Muah!

Dear Lisa, I'm so glad to hear that you are doing good.....I remember that when I first joined the boad it was allways very helpful to read your post. I can't wait to hear about the new little one, do you know if it's a boy or a girl?? I hope you will share a photo of the little new one.........who know he/she might come to join this world either on Cristmas or New Year, but no matter what day it will be I'm sure it will be a bundle of joy for the family. Hugs from Tove
