Working on a big "boo hoo"

I don't know whether it's the weather, or post-op blues or what, but I have been on the verge of the biggest "boo hoo" since last week. Every time they run some tv ad that even remotely mushy, I'm tearing up like Demi Moore in "Ghost". I've already warned my husband, to let him know that if I burst into tears, it probably has nothing to do with him. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Hi Bette, I haven't had it happen yet - but I've heard about it! It's normal, because all of our hormones are going wacky from the quick weight loss. Pretty much my biggest emotion has been gratitude - its an overwhelming feeling - almost brings me to tears. I don't want to speak to soon, however, who knows whats down the road for me. Bette, Consider yourself completely normal! This happens to most people sooner or later after surgery. Let yourself have a good cry when you feel like it. I hope that you are doing well otherwise. We are always here to listen if you need a shoulder. Kim
