Protein Drink

Hi everyone, I just wanted to tell you all about another item that I found online. This one is called AchievOne and its a High Protein/Low Carb iced coffee drink. They come in 4 flavors: Hazelnut Creme, Mocha Java, Cappuccino, and Vanilla Nut. I found them several weeks ago... but I wanted to try them all before posting about them. Here are the nutritional facts: (9.5 FL OZ) 120 calories 0g fat 5g Total Carbs (3.5g sugar) 20g Protein (These also contain 25% or more of most of the vitamins listed on the label.) I was impressed. These are very tasty and didn't bother me at all. My favorite flavor is the Hazelnut Creme... but they are all good if you like iced coffee. I found them at www.alacarb.com. If you are not an online shop-a-holic like me... you might be able to ask a local low-carb or nutrition store to order them for you. Always looking for tasty ways to get our protein.

Are they sweetened? I can never find a produced iced coffee (except at an actual coffee shop) that's unsweetened. . . sigh.

Hi Kimberly, Thanks so much for always sharing this info - I find it very valuable! Do you know what they are sweetened with? I can't do nutrasweet - so I'm hoping its Splenda. These are sweetened. And they are sweetened with Sucralose which is Splenda. I hadn't thought about the caffeine... it doesn't say that they are decaf... so I'm assuming that they do have caffeine. Seems like only drawback to an otherwise good protein drink though.
