L--2 ounces chicken, 1/2 c. spinach
D--2 ounces turkey, 3 cherry tomatos
S--6 ounces greek FF yogurt, 1/2 c. pumpkin
64 ounces water, 2 c. skim milk, 1 large decaf iced coffee
vitamins, b12, calcium, extra magnesium and iron
walking: 45 minutes
