Update on Cathy Steele-and MORE!!

Cathy just called me and said she is pretty sure she will be home tomorrow. She sounded so good. They did find a clot in her lung but it is better now and she can't wait to go home!! I also wanted to tell you all how humbled and grateful to this site I am. I posted to the main board and was amazed at how many people remembered me and asked me to start posting again. They congratulated my Century Club and it felt like a warm blanket. I'll go back slowly, but I really want to keep our state site going. It is a safe haven here and everyone I have met so far has been so supportive and wonderful to talk to. Kimmy-thank you SO much for the cranberrie sauce recipe! I was really going to miss having that. Another thing I will make that my mother in law won't eat!! lol, she is so mean and ornery she'll do her regular thing sit on her ass all day and watch me and my daughters work all day. Then when dinner gets placed in front of her, she will pick at a few things and make faces!! It's amazing!! My husband always tells her to cut the crap but she doesn't listen. She is old country (Ukranian) and will do what she wants!! Anyone else have funny Thanksgiving stories to share??? love to you all Cheryl

Cathy is such a trooper! I know that she will feel even better when she gets home. So glad that you got a warm welcome from the Main Message Board... just don't let them steal you away from us here on the local board. We need you here too. And don't let your MIL ruin your turkey day. Laugh it off while you enjoy your new skinny body and no sugar added cranberry sauce. LOL
