Obesity Help Magazine

I just recieved my October issue of the OH Magazine. I must say what i have read so far is awesome. One story really touched my heart. I cried. This issue has so much information, I just couldn't put it down. I am more than half way done reading it... WAY TO GO O.H you all did an excellant with the magazine. Gigi
