Hi Bev! Looks like things are going well for you, yes? I'm impressed that you can eat good solid protein and veggies too. Maybe we'll see you at this evening's bandster group, or if not tonight another time. Good luck and congratulations on your spectacular progress.

Hi Mary, Thanks.  I have been doing well.  I wish I could make the bandster meeting tonight but I signed up for three courses this semester.  Two of them are on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:00 p.m. to 7:50 p.m.   I found out the two courses in the spring that I need to complete my degree are also on Monday and Wednesday evenings.  So I'll see you after graduation at the end of May 08. Did you sign up for the walk from obesity on Sept. 29?  I did, so maybe I'll see you there. Take care, Bev
