I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING MY PROTIEN IN SO I HAVE REALLY BUCKLED DOWN AND EAT PROTIEN EVERY TIME I PUT SOMTHING IN MY MOUTH..
BKFST: 1/2 CUP LOW FAT COTTAGE CHEESE WITH 1 1/2 TBS BACON BITS
SNACK: 1/2 OF A PROTIEN BAR
LUNCH: 2 SLICES DELI TURKEY AND 2 SLICES DELI CHEESE
SNACK: 1/2 PROTIEN BAR
DINNER: 1 CUP OF CHUNKY CHILI WITH CREAM CHEESE AND SHREEDED CHEESE MELTED IN IT
SNACK: 1 CUP POP CORN ( OK SO NOT EVERY TIME FOOD GOES IN PROTIEN DOES TOO LOL)
I ALSO HAVE 1 TO 3 CUPS OF DECAF COFFEE DURNING THE DAY AND MY H20
