Howdee from Groton
Well I just found this section of the site. Pretty cool. My name is Ellie and I have a surgery date of October 13th. My husband is Navy and I am the founder of a ghost hunting group in CT called Entity Seekers P.I. I have two cats and a dog, and live out in Groton next to the submarine base. If anyone lives near me I would love to hear from you. So feel free to email me. I just thought I say hello out there. Hope to hear from someone. Take care.
Sincerely,
Ellie

Hey Kim M,
Thanks for the heads up. My surgeon is Dr Bell and I have been making new friends with some of his other patients on his message board area. I also have found his support group which is pretty great. I have only been to one but I plan on continuing to go to them after the surgery. Thanks for the goodluck, I will surely need it lol Anyways, you take care, Thanks a bunch! TTFN

Hi Ellie,
I now live in the Montville/Oakdale area (not too far from you) but I used to live in Groton. And I still work in Groton and New London, so I'm in your area quite often. I had my surgery on May 14th of this year and have lost over 80 lbs. (Read my profile for more info.)
Congratulations on your upcoming surgery on October 13th. Keep us posted on your progress after surgery. And Feel free to email me at any time if you need anything, have questions, or just need someone to talk to.
Good Luck with everything,
Kim
Hey Kim,
Thanks for the offer and Im sure I will have lots more questions after the surgery. I cant wait. Congrats on the 80lbs loss, thats really great. I only hope I could do so well. Where is it you work at in Groton? I dont have a job right now but hopefully I will get one soon after the surgery. I really miss having that extra money around. Well anyways, nice to meet ya, take care. TTFN
