"Loser Friendly" restaurants?

After reading about another poster's dreadful experience with Chuck's Steak House, I was wondering whether anyone knew of, or had an experience with, any "loser-friendly" establishments who let adults order from the children's menu or make life easier for those who have had weight loss surgery. Any comments . . ?
