Tuesday food log
Happy Post Holiday everyone :)
B--2 ounces of turkey
L--1/4 quinoa, 2 ounces of turkey, 1/4 mixed veggies, 1 Tb. low fat balamic vinegar dressing
D--3 ounces turkey , 1/4 broccolli
S--6 ounces low fat yogurrt, 1/2 c. pumpkin with pumpkin spice and cinnamon
16 ounces skim milk, 64 ounces of water, large decaf iced coffee
To the gym tonight to meet with my trainer.
Am beginning to see more muscles--woooooooo hooooooo!
