Looking for an exercise class in fairfield county area.

I wanted to join a gym too but wanted to build my stamina first. I work out to an exercise tape, walk away the pounds, I do the 3 mile strengh training and I really like it alot I find it challenging. I know I am out of shape and have been for many years, my goal is to walk into a gym and not be looked apon and to finish the classes and workout in confidence. I am a little over 2 months and have lost 70# and I know I'm going to walk in that gym someday with that confidence!! tiny steps first is my suggestion. Good luck!!!!
