What is your actual due date in March?
I think we will be very close, because although my due date is April 20th - I'll most likely go two weeks early because I'll have to have a c-section (the first one was an emergency c-section so the incision they made was verticle).

Hi There - I have the lap band so they just took the fill out for my pregnancy and after the baby is born I'll go in and get it filled to start my journey again. But there are tons and tons of RNY people who successful give birth to healthy babies! Carnie Wilson is among the most famous of bypass patients going through pregnancy just fine. Sometimes weight is a huge factor (no pun) in conception, sometimes it isn't - trying to conceive our son was the most emotionally draining experiences - it was such a heart ache year after year coming up negative on the pregnancy stick. When you are ready to conceive, if you have any problems you need to be in alignment with a good fertility specialist - it is the difference of night and day! We tried for 3 years to get my son, after all that heartache and frustration I went to a doctor (Dr. Richard Kates in Hartford) who specialized in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) which is what I have - we went to him in October and were pregnant by January!
This baby is truly a miracle considering our previous journey..............
Anyway - I hope you have a wonderful journey with your weightloss and after your body heals, I hope your journey to motherhood is a prayer that is answered for you!
