TGIF food log
Hi all--
Happy pre-weekend.
Am feeling a bit "off" today--light headed and tad dizzy. Am having my blood work drawn for my one year visit wtih Dr. A. tomorrow so the timing of this is perfect I guess.
Am gong to up my protein a bit today-perhaps that is what is wrong.
B--3 ounces of chicken
L--3 ounces of turkey, 1/2 broccolli
D--3 ounces of chicken, 3 cherry tomatoes
S-- 1/2 c. pumpkin, 6 ounces of nonfat yogurt
16 ounces of skim milk, 64 ounces of water, large decaf iced coffee
Am meeting with my trainer tonight, going kayaking tomorrow, and my training walk (9 miles this week) on Sunday.
What a difference from last year at this time when I was on oxygen and a curb seemed like 6 feet high.
