Need to Get back on track
Get back to basics...When did you have your surgery? Before or after the baby? Above, the dates your typed don't match.
Anyway...protein, protein, protein!!! Eat it first. Make sure you eat solid, dense food in your diet so that you do empty your pouch quickly and get hungry.
Water....drink a lot a day
Exercise...at least a short walk is good....it's something, if you're not exercising at all. Get back in the groove. Get the baby in the stroller and walk around. You burn even more calories pushing a stroller!
Don't eat after a certain time (like 8pm) at night...
Eat three good meals a day and one or two snacks.
I think we've all gone off a bit cause of summer. I know I did. It was a hectic year for us with moving and having fun all summer and now that the kids went back to school this week, I am getting back on track. I took an hour long brisk walk w/ my MIL and it was AWESOME! I didn't want to snack today, either.
