Remember to focus on healing at this point in the process and not losing - just relax, drink plenty of water and my prayers are with you for a smooth and successful journey!

Teresa! WELCOME HOME! ... and to your new life. Well? what can I say about Dr. E.... I think he thinks I am a nut with the Towanda Strong name... which is not my real name. And I am very towanda with him... He is a good man... Expects lots of his patients. can be kind of blunt to a fault... but clearly cares about his "peeps". So... lapband... I am an RNY'r. But hear that anything you lose before your first fill is "icing on the cake" so to speak. Sorry for the food reference. And what has been said is right.... focus on healing right now. stay hydrated. Take care. T.
