Good day all--
Fast start today. Am meeting with my trainer -- need beg him to push me extra hard. Need to feel the burn!
B--3 ounces of chicken
L--2 ounces of chicken
1/2 c. sweet potato/apple bake
D--3 ounces of turkey
1/4 c.spinach
S--1/2 c. pumpkin
6 ounces of greek nonfat yogurt
16 ounces of nonfat milk, 64 ounces of water

Thanks - busy morning. Got my second fill and feeling it. Going to ease into it today. Started my first class today too so I didn't get to wor****il 1:00 p.m.
B - 1 cup Cottage Cheese while driving back from Middletown
L - Sm. Wendy's chili with cheese
S - yogurt with blueberries
D - Fish, cole slaw
Too busy to exercise today. But walking a lot with all my travels.
64 oz. water
