Thanks for all the replies and encouragment.  I am going to be really strict with my diet and get the weight off.  I have already lost 2 lbs.  I'm just really looking forward to having the surgery and I'm not good at waiting....I just have to have patience.  Thanks again!!!   Smiles, Susan
