B - Protein Bar      Applesauce - 4 oz. L - 2 oz. chicken breast       Salad with 2 Tbs. Lite Balsamic Viniagrette S - 6 oz. yogurt with 1/2 blueberries D - baked Chicken with cucumber salad S - Hood no sugar added fudgsicle 64 oz. water 1.5 miles on XL Glider some gym work at lunch hour HAVE A GREAT DAY!

L - Salad with boiled egg, cottage cheese - very yummy (I'm eating it now)
S - 6 plump juicy strawberries
D - Chicken, Salad, vegetable

water, water, water!

If it's not too humid I just might take a walk with my little guy after I pick him up - he loves walks!

Hi Tammy, I'm hoping participation will pick up once summer has ended.  I see a lot of lurkers out there checking out the post - come join us. I'm gonna have to boil up some eggs because egg salad sure sounds good.  I was so busy packing lunch I forgot about breakfast.  Luckily, I had a protein bar in my drawer at work - saved. I've been loving the strawberries and the price has been good.  I froze some last week so I'll have them when they go out of season. Thanks for posting! Bev
